If the developers added NHL teams it would be way better. Its a fun game once you get the hang of it. The only complaints I have is that sometimes if you take a hard shot it goes in and comes back out and it doesnt count as a goal. Please fix this. Also the opposing CPU team takes forever to do something with the puck. The last thing is that when you are playing with someone else through Bluetooth the whole game overall goes way slower. Please fix these 3 things.

These controls are Horid? If your like me and you love hockey you should buy magnetic hockey , its highly addictive and very fun. Also if u like baseball buy baseball super stars 09 or 10 its also rly fun.

The best game on the store

This game is so addictive and it is really fun to play. Those people who think that the controls are hard are really sad. It is easy to control. I would recommend this to anyone who is smart and could figure out simple instructions. Great game

Fun game! Needs to be harder!! More fast paced too!! Slows down when game goes behind the next. More sound fx!!! Like when u hit a player in the head with the puck or hit the glass. Multiple CPU techniques would be nice too. Very predictable. More music!! Great job tho. Do some more updates and bump up the price :)

Super fun game and worth every penny.

This game is a must for anyone nostalgic. Brilliant controls and fluid gameplay make you feel like youre playing the real thing. Only things I would add would be an 8 team tournament and one or two higher difficulties.

Tons of fun- cant get much more realistic for an Iphone! Worth its weight!

If you love (or loved) table hockey, its hard to go wrong with this. Great simulation, great puck dynamics, just goofy fun. And never a broken part! Worth the cash.

One of my favs! Should add the following for even better playing: - tournament should include ALL teams in round robin and top 8 or top 16 in playoffs. - tournament stats with stop scorers list from all games played in round robin. - stats reset would be nice : Im still carrying results from my beginner period! Great job guys! A steal at $1.99!

Absolutely love it, easily my fav app ever, but one thing I would like is stats after each game.

Ok. Wow. I love this game. Ive played it every day for the past month. If you ever played bubble hockey, this is going to take you back. And its an amazing recreation of the experience. Those who gave it poor reviews were either expecting EA-style hockey, or have never seen a bubble-hockey machine at the arcade. It takes a little bit to get used to the controls, but after several games, I was controlling my winger and center at the same time, setting up one-timers ... The AI is pretty good, and most games are close and get the adrenaline going. And, I must say, the best part of this game is their sound effects for hitting the post. Its perfect, and makes this the best hockey game ive ever played, (and i played EA Hockey for years) Id give it a 5, but the controls do get a bit sticky, and it looks like they threw in the Tournament option at the last minute, but overall, I just cant seem to put it down. Sound track is great, although Ive played so much, Im kinda sick of it by now .. and, I do request for the controls to be a bit more responsive .. otherwise, highly recommended

Nice once u get used to the controls , I think the game is well made good graphics, good sound effects. I think it would be great if u added online (vs ppls all over the world) I DO recommend this game

Once you get used to the controls its great. Only flaw is that it doesnt save single-play games; you quit, its gone

The controls take a bit to get used to but its easier than a rod hockey table top game. I cant believe anyone rating this game less than 4 *s. Stinger games should be very proud of this app. I love the way the puck bounces and the ability to pass and deflect into the goal. The instant replays are just super. Very addictive. v. 1.1.2, ios4, 3GS

Id give this app 10 stars if I could. I love the custom team builder, I used it to create all 30 NHL teams and my friends and I have played over 1000 games on it, which if you break it down means each game cost 1/5 of a penny, quite a better deal than at an arcade. The only thing I find annoying is how you select the teams. Sometimes it can take forever for the team you want to scroll across, it would be great if you (the developers) could put in a system where the user scrolls to select the teams, like NHL10 or most other sports games. Once again, best app ever!
